The Park...

We visited Fireman's Park, which is only about 3 blocks from our house. It is so nice to live so close! This was the first time we had ever put Parker in the swing. He normally isn't one for swinging, but he seemed to like it! So, I'm sure that we will be going again soon!

Having a fun afternoon outside! Today was Parker's first time to ride the lawnmower with Will...he loved it! I don't know why I would think otherwise, he loves anything to do with outside! We also went to the park yesterday...hopefully will get a picture of that up too!

Friends...

Parker enjoys it when we have company over. He loves to play with Breland, his cousin, who is almost 7 months old. They even go to daycare together, so he sees her all the time. We recently had a playdate with Lane, who was born 2 days before Parker. Lane's mom and I were roommates in college and carpooled to the same school last year when we were pregnant. We will definitely have to get these kids together more, they had a great time playing!

Visiting Gran and Grumps...

We visited Arkansas on the weekend of the 19th...so sad to say that it had been since Christmas that we had visited. So glad we were able to spend some time with my parents and grandparents. Luckily, my parents are able to visit us all the time...and we love it! We are definitely going to make a better effort to get there sooner next time! Time just goes so fast when we are there!

Playing Outside...

This is what we've been doing a lot of here lately! As soon as we get home in the afternoon, this is what Parker wants to do. We normally stay out for at least an hour. He loves been able to slide, swing, and just run around.

Parker's 1st Birthday

We had a great time celebrating Parker's 1st birthday with a party here at the house. There were lots of family and friends to come and celebrate with us. It turned out to be a beautiful afternoon, and I still can't believe that he has been with us a year already! I can't wait to see what this next year holds!
