Sunday Lunch

Parker and Big Daddy (Can you believe he's 87?)
Mam'me (the chef) and P
Family Picture out in the yard....it is rare we get one of all of us!

We had Sunday Lunch today at Will's parents house...this is pretty much an every Sunday occurence! As usual, it was great! I'm getting better about branching out with foods...but there are still a ton I don't eat! We always enjoy everyone's company and love it when Big Daddy can join us too!

Cozy Coupe...

We found this car for Parker at Walmart yesterday! We had been looking for it for a while, and we finally found one! He had to play in it this morning! Oh, and he tried to help Will put it together! That was a sight to see!

Feeding the Ducks...

Parker with the bread we were taking to feed the ducks!

My favorite picture!!

This morning before church we took Parker to Bear Pen Park to feed the ducks. Considering we had been up since 7 and had already been on a 2 mile walk through Delta State, we thought it sounded like a great idea. Parker was smiling as soon as we saw the first duck! However, he had no fear...I think he would have jumped in the water had we let him. This was really fun, and we will have to do it again really soon!

Parker with Cousin Breland

Parker and Breland played together outside yesterday! Parker really liked pushing her in the wagon! They are getting to where they can play together some...they see each other every day because they both go to Mrs. Gwen's. I hope they grow up to be good friends!

New Shoes...

I couldn't resist but get these for him!

These Days...

These are Parker's favorite toys to play with outside! He's really gotten to where if he doesn't get his way, he throws a fit! I know that's just part of his age! He is so much fun, but it has really been too hot for us to be able to play outside very much!

This time last year we were still adjusting to parenthood...wow, how time flies!! We are now busy chasing an almost 16 month old!

Grad School for Will...

Big News...Will is beginning his LAST semester of grad school at Delta State! We are so proud of him and can't wait for him to finish! I'm so thankful to have such a great husband and daddy for Parker!

Visiting the Farm...

Sally, Bill, Poppy and Judy with corn
Parker loved climbing up on the tractor
walking with Mimi and Gran

Actually, we just visited Poppy's shop. We had company in town, so we made a special trip over to Mimi and Poppy's to visit! Parker and I had a great time visiting with Judy, Sally, and Bill while they were in town, and it's always a treat to see Mimi, Poppy, and Gran! We are going to miss Gran, she will be going back to AR before long...however, we are so happy that Mimi is doing so well after the transplant! As for Poppy, he is extremely busy with the farm right now! Oh, and pray for a rain please!!

In Arkansas for the 4th...

Riding the golf cart
Sititng in Martin Lee's truck watching fireworks

We were able to spend the 4th in Arkansas with my family! Will was able to go with us this time...but he was sick the whole time we were there! That's why you won't see many pictures of him! We were glad to stop and see grandma and papa...Parker was kinda cranky because it was past his bedtime! However, he did love the golf cart ride! Before we made it home that night, we did stop and see the fireworks show in town! Parker wasn't scared at all, he loved them and kept saying "boom, boom" and pointing!

Parker's First Cupcake...

When we got to mom and dad's on Friday, we went to the store to get a few things and I decided to make cupcakes. Parker had never had them, so I figured it would be fun to let him try them! We had to do something special, it was a holiday! I'm sure you can guess, he loved them!!

He likes to sit up on Grumps's motorcycle, however, I will not let him ride it yet!

Here are just a few shots of Parker at 15 months! He's doing and saying so many things. Here are a few sayings: thank you, moma, daddy, nan nan, ma (mam'me), duck, kit cat, ali, i got, there, see, dog, bird, turtle, and etc. He can recognize a lot of different animals, and we are working on the sounds. His two favorite songs are "Row Your Boat" and "BINGO". He tries to sings these too! He is just growing up way too fast!

Anna and Parker

Mr. Wilson's sister, Lissa, and her daughter Christie came down with her three children this week. They have been here since Sunday and are staying until Thursday. It's so nice visiting with them...we were even able to make it to the pool to swim with them yesterday! I'll post pictures later from that!
