Anna and Leighton welcomed Elliot Marie into the world on May 20, 2009. She weighed 6lb. and 14 oz. Will and I went yesterday afternoon after work to Jackson to see her. She is so precious...I can't wait for Parker to meet his new cousin!

Lunch at the zoo...

We took a break for lunch after we had seen about half of the zoo (Backyard Burger was yummy!). Parker was starving...he ate a hot dog, popcorn, potato chips, and a drink. Thats a lot for him! When he was finished eating, they had a playground for the kids. He loved the slide most of all!

First Trip to the Zoo

Parker's first trip to the zoo was last Sunday on our way home from mom and dad's. We decided to stop in Memphis...we had been planning this for a while but the weather had always been bad. Needless to say, it was a beautiful day and Parker loved all the animals. The train was his most favorite of all! We will be going back before long!

Sidewalk Chalk

Paint as Parker calls it...This is one of his new favorite things to do. He loves to go outside and paint on the sidewalk. It sure does entertain him for a while!

Mother's Day

Parker visited with Mawmaw and Papa this weekend...his favorite thing was riding the golf cart!

Papa let him push the pedal, needless to say, that could have been dangerous! =) He had the

best time being outside with Papa and mawmaw feeding him snacks!! We are blessed to have

such great grandparents!

This weekend we traveled to Paragould, AR, for my cousin Camela's baby shower. I picked up mimi on Friday, with a stopped up, congested little boy, and we headed to AR. The weekend was very gloomy and rainy, but we were glad to spend time with family that we don't see nearly enough. I was able to register at Target with the girls, and Grumps was sweet enought to keep Parker at home!
