Joe's Crab Shack

We met Ninny and Grumps in Memphis on Saturday, and they ate with us on Saturday. Parker was so excited to see them both. Parker loved played on the playground at the restaurant, and it was the first time he had ever played in sand. Sad that we haven't gotten a chance to take him to the beach yet...that will have to come next year!

Our Family...

Children's Museum

Train and Carousel

We enjoyed a little mini vacation to Memphis last weekend. With baby sister coming in a couple of months, we didn't head out too far. This was really our first family vacation together. Parker was really old enough to enjoy the things we took him to do. He had a great time riding the train, carousel, visiting the Children's Museum, and eating at the Ultimat Pizza Company. It was a great family weekend!

Cute Invite

This was the cute invite that Ashley Scott made for the shower. I thought they turned out great!

Cupcake

Parker enjoyed a cupcake at the shower. He only came for about 30 munites. Enough time for everyone to see him and for him to open the gifts that people brought for him. He was very tired since that was the time he normally naps. Luckily, grumps came to pick him up!

Arkansas Baby Shower

Yesterday, we had a baby shower in AR for Nevin Claire. Everyone was so generous, and I felt so loved. Especially since I haven't lived there in almost 10 years. We were so excited and thankful that we got lots of things we can use when she arrives. Sue was so sweet to open her house to everyone, and it looked so pretty.

Visiting Ninny and Grumps...

Yet again, we have found another park to play at. Parker is getting to do his favorite thing...slide. We were lucky that Martin Lee and Sue could join us there. We all spent time chasing Parker around and playing with him. When we finished at the park, we went to M and Sue's house and Parker got to get in his dump truck...needless to say, that made Parker's day!

Sliding at the park...

Ever since I've been out of school, we've been spending a lot of time at the park. Parker loves going down the slide, and he will get anybody he can to go with him. The list goes on...me, mimi, tita, ninny, and his daddy! The nicer thing about the park is that it is just a short walk from our house!

Swimming...

This is a picture of the first swim the backyard. Parker definitely loves the new swimming pool!

On the potty!

We've started introducing the potty to Parker...he's not that interested. We were hoping to get him potty trained before the new baby comes, but it doesn't look like its going to happen. Now we are just trying to get him used to sitting there, reading material helps!
