Last Sunday, March 28, Parker turned 3. For his birthday, Will and I plus grandparents and Tita went in together to get him this swingset. Will and Michael spent about 6 hours putting it together on Saturday afternoon. At least it was a pretty day! We are so thankful to Michael for helping...who knows how long it would have taken Will by himself! Parker was so excited to get to go out on Sunday morning and find it. We didn't get to play outside very long because it was very cold and windy, and we had to go to church! Needless to say, he loved it!

The last couple of weeks...

The last couple of weeks have been kinda busy. I had Spring Break, so we took off to visit family in AR for a few days. We had a great time, and Parker even got to go to Chuck E Cheese for the first time! This was one of the highlights of his trip. He also got his picture made with the Easter bunny, but Nevin Claire didn't because she was asleep. Parker loved the Easter bunny! I had achievement tests at school this week, so that has kept me busy. Luckily, mom has been here this week because it is her Spring Break. On Sunday, we will celebrate Parker's 3rd birthday with a party to follow next Saturday!

The only excuse I have is that I went to Washington, D.C., with our 5th and 6th grade classes last week! Here are few recent pictures from the last few weeks. Luckily, we have had some great sunny days here lately and both kids have loved being outside. Can't believe that my baby boy will be 3 in less than a month!
