First Milkshake...

One day last week, we got Parker his first milkshake from Sonic! His favorite thing was...it was chocolate! Bet you couldn't figure that out by looking at his cute yellow suit!

I still have a long way to go...however, I won't get my list of names of whose in my room until next week! Until then, I'm going to enjoy Parker and the rest of the summer!!

This is what I've been doing...

Working in my classroom!! Can you believe summer is almost over...I go back to school next Monday and the kids come on the 14th. I've been working in my room pretty much all summer since I've been tutoring. However, it is still kind of a mess. I'm still busy organizing and getting things ready. The only bad thing is that I won't know who my kids are until the day before. So, it will be all work until the end!

Gran's birthday was last Friday, August 1st! We were so excited that she was able to be in town to celebrate with us! Mimi, Poppy, Tita and our family took her to Lillo's in Leland. Their food is great! We had a great time enjoying spending time with everyone and celebrating mom's birthday...hate that Grumps couldn't be with us! Hopefully, he will come visit soon!

Last Friday I took Parker to get his first haircut. Will and I really didn't want to cut it, but it was getting hard to manage in the mornings! So glad to report that he still has curls!! Hopefully he will keep them...he was really good while Charlie Brooke was cutting his hair!
