Santa...

While doing some shopping today at Walmart, we noticed Santa was in the Garden Center. We went by and decided to get our picture made...as you can tell, Parker really didn't care for Santa. He didn't cry, but he really didn't like him. Oh well, at least I have my picture with Santa!

Flashback Friday...ENJOY!

A few pictures from our wedding in March 2006...wow, has time flown by! I'm so blessed to have a great husband and a perfect little boy! God is so good!

This Weekend...

I really hope that we don't do much of anything...I'm looking forward to sleeping late! Wait, that won't happen with Will going hunting, and Parker staying with me. Maybe I can keep him up later so he will sleep later. I better work out a plan. I also hope to address and print my Christmas cards...I really love this time of year. Only, it really doesn't feel like Christmas to me. We have two houses and this point, and our tree is decorated at the house we are not living in. So, I kinda feel like we aren't celebrating Christmas. I also plan to bake some cookies with Parker, this might be disastrous, guess we will see. Thanks to all of you who said a prayer for dad, he is now home and doing well! Hope you all have a restful weekend...I hope I do!

*We might move a few of our things to the new house, guess we will see how involved Will gets with hunting this weekend!

Will

I rarely ever post about him or brag on things he does...however, this is a big thing! He just finished his MBA, and I am most excited for him. He has been working on this for a while, at one point going to classes on the weekends and then finishing by online classes. I am so proud that he had the motivation to go back and better himself and his education. He really didn't have to get it for his job, but he wanted to! I'm just so proud he is mine, and he is the best daddy I could have ever asked for! Daddy, we are so proud of you and love you very much!

Say a little prayer...

for Grumps (my dad), he had to have a stint put in today after a heart cath showed some blockage. So thankful that they were able to fix it, and he will be much better soon! Maybe I should say to say a prayer for mom having to deal with dad...he's not a good patient. And if you know him, its gonna be fighting tooth and nail getting him to eat a "heart healthy" diet! Thanks in advance for all the prayers!

Bye Bye to the Pappy!

It has officially almost been two weeks without the pappy. He has had to have it a couple of times to go to sleep (or on the trip to Mawmaw and Pawpaw's for Thanksgiving). Otherwise, he has done an excellent job of getting rid of it. I thought it would have been a lot harder. He does still ask for it occassionally, but not nearly like at first. Just another sign that my baby is growing up!

Photography by Alan Lamastus

Here's just a sneak preview of the pictures taken by Alan Lamastus last weekend. If you can only imagine, they are not at a great age to photograph. There were running around everywhere. He did great to capture some great pictures that we will cherish forever!
